School of Law.

After demobilized as a Paymaster Sublieutenant of
Japanese Navy at the end of World War II, started working for Japanese
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Became a research assistant of International Law
at the University of Tokyo.

| 1948 |
Came to U.S. as the first post-war foreign student
from Japan to study International Relation at the University of Southern
California, Graduate School, in Los Angeles, California.

| 1964 |
Became a naturalized U.S. citizen to qualify for
admission to California Bar.
|
| 1965 |
Graduated from the Southwestern University, School of Law, in Los Angeles,
CA. |
| 1966 |
Passed California State Bar examination as the first
naturalized U.S. citizen born in Japan.

| 1967 |
Since 1967 to present: has been practicing law in
Los Angeles, California. Main field of practice is Immigration and Nationality
laws. Now, also serving as the legal counsel to the Consulate General of
Japan in Los Angeles. |
